Documentation requirements vary depending on whether you are applying for authorisation in Denmark as the country of initial application in the EU or whether you are applying for mutual recognition.
A fee must be paid for approval of an active substance or for authorisation or amendment to an authorisation of a biocidal product where at least one active substance is approved according to the Biocidal Products Regulation.
