Time frame for case handling a notification
After the notification has been submitted to The Danish Environmental Protection Agency an invoice will be sent to you.
According to §7, para. 1 in the Danish Statutory Order on shipment of waste and shipments of used electrical and electronic equipment (no. 1365 of 29/11/2024) a fee is charged for the case handling of a notification.
Once the fee has been paid, the case handling of the notification can begin. Although It can take up to 25 working days after the fee has been paid undtil the case handling starts.
When the case handling has started, it can take up to 14 days before we request for further information from you.
The fee for case handling a notification in 2025 by The Danish EPA is DKK 50.253.
