For existing products sales and imports must cease if an enterprise has applied for authorisation but no such authorisation can be given. The Danish EPA will set an appropriate phase out period according to the outcome of the product evaluation and the number of products on the market.
New products for which an authorisation cannot be granted must not be imported or sold in Denmark.
However, if no authorisation is granted, another application may be submitted. This might be the case if new information becomes available. You may however not sell or import your product while the new application is being processed.
