Authorisation is granted

If you have applied for and received an authorisation, you can start to market the product in the country for which the authorisation has been granted. As an authorisation holder, you must fulfil a number of requirements.

Labels
The Danish Environmental Protection Agency must approve the label before the product is placed on the market.

Classification and labelling
The Danish Environmental Protection Agency determines the classification of a product on the basis of the available studies. This classification determines the hazard warning to be printed on the label.

Advertising
There are a number of requirements that you must fulfil with regard to advertising your product.

Reporting of sales
Following authorisation of a product, you must remember to report sales each year.

Applications for selling toxic or very toxic products
Distributors of toxic and very toxic products must apply for permission from the Danish Environmental Protection Agency.
