The Commission's website presents both the official lists of non-included active substances and a consolidated list of all the non-included active substances divided by product-type for which the active substances concerned must no longer be used.

Danish phase-out deadlines
The phase-out in Denmark occurs in two stages. One deadline concerns the date by which products may no longer be placed on the market, and a second deadline concerns the date by which products may no longer be used or held.
Annex 4 to the Danish Statutory Order on pesticides contains a list of these deadlines. The order concerned is Statutory Order No 702 of 24 June 2011, which was amended through Statutory Order No 188 of 22 February 2012.
