We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.
In this context, your personal information is subject to the necessary case processing, e.g. journaling in accordance with the Public Access to Information Act, just as your information is stored in accordance with the Danish Archive legislation.
Legal basis for processing personal data:
- Chapter 10 in Act 244 of 17/02-2022 on Chemicals or
- Chapter 3 in Act 799 of 09/06-2020 on Products and Market Surveillance
Most personal data is processed on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1)(e) - exercise of public authority.
If you provide sensitive personal data, we process the data on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation - exercise of public authority, and article 9(2)(f)- processing is necessary for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended.
When we process national identification numbers (CPR-Number), it is for the purpose of lawful unique identification in accordance with the section 11 of the Danish Data Protection Act.
If the processing is necessary for the performance of our tasks, we process information regarding criminal offenses, is it on the basis of section 8 of the Danish Data Protection Act.
