List of undertakings etc. covered by Section 2, subsection 1, no. 9
A. Pre-processing and surface treatment of iron, steel and metal
A 51. Goldsmiths and silversmiths. Art foundries.
A 52. Facilities undertaking dust-producing surface treatment, including grinding, sandblasting and abrasive finishing of items made from iron, steel or other metals, if the total extraction capacity from the facility is less than 10,000 normal m3 per hour. Facilities undertaking surface treatment of items made from iron, steel and other items, including vehicle undercoating, if the capacity for usage of organic solvents is less than 6 kg per hour, except for facilities that are covered by J 104. 1)
A 53. Engineering works, machine workshops and other undertakings undertaking pre-processing of iron, steel or metals with a production area for this purpose of between 100 and 1,000 m2.
A 54. Electrotechnical undertakings with the exception of print production or production of transformers.
A 55. Metal-coating of plastic objects.
B. Pre-processing of mineral raw materials
B 51. Producers of cement and concrete goods and concrete mixing facilities with an annual production of less than 20,000 tonnes.
B 52. Mortar works, gravel works or rock crushing plants that are not located at the point of extraction.
B 53. undertakings manufacturing ceramic products by means of firing, e.g. roofing tiles, bricks, fire-resistant stone, chips, stoneware, porcelain, Dutch bricks, enamel pipes and moler works, if the activity has a production capacity of between 200 kg and 75 tonnes per twenty-four-hour period, or if the activity has a furnace capacity (furnace size) of less than 4 m 3 or a furnace holding capacity of less than 300 kg per m 3 .
B 54. Facilities for extracting or processing underground salt.
B 55. undertakings manufacturing aerated concrete, ash concrete or lime sandstone.
C. Storage and manufacturing based on mineral oil, mineral oil products and natural gas
C 51. Asphalt factories and facilities for manufacturing road materials with a production capacity of less than 10 tonnes an hour. Facilities for cold pre-processing of clean crushed aggregate.
C 52. Gas works and coking plants.
C 53. Briquette factories.
D. Manufacturing, bottling and storage of chemical substances and products. Photographic undertakings
D 51. Facilities that do not require a permit to manufacture organic or inorganic products, intermediate products or chemical substances and storage of these.
D 52. undertakings that manufacture colorants, admixtures or agents, including for the agri-food industry, via processes other than chemical or biological processes, with a total production capacity of less than 3,000 tonnes per year.
D 53. Soap factories, detergent factories and cleaning agent factories with a production capacity of less than 5,000 tonnes per year.
D 54. undertakings manufacturing paint, lacquer or adhesives with a production capacity of less than 3,000 tonnes per year.
D 55. Photographic industry and photographic laboratories producing more than 1,000 m2 of film per year or manufacturing more than 4,000 m 2 of paper images per year.
D 56. undertakings for bottling or packing chemicals or products, with the exception of pesticides.
D 57. undertakings that manufacture products via sintering of fluoroplastic, compression moulding or fibre-reinforcement of thermosetting plastic, and which have a plastic materials consumption of less than or equal to 100 kg per day. Plastic-coating undertakings.
D 59. undertakings manufacturing plastic products via injection moulding, extrusion, including calendering, or via thermoforming, with a plastic materials consumption of less than or equal to 5 tonnes per day. undertakings that manufacture expanded polystyrene products and that have a polystyrene consumption of less than or equal to 5 tonnes per day.
E. Processing of vegetable raw materials, foodstuff production and printing works
E 51. Rotation, offset and serigraph printing works, book printing works and printing works in paper goods factories, cardboard box factories and plastic factories, where the capacity for consumption of organic solvents is less than 6 kg per hour.
E 52. Lumber mills with capacity for fresh wood production of less than 50,000 m 3 solid mass annually for coniferous wood, or less than 10,000 m3 solid mass annually for deciduous wood, or with a total production capacity of less than 50,000 m3 solid mass for coniferous and deciduous wood annually. Furniture factories and joinery manufacturers. Carpentry works with a net production area of more than 200 m 2 .
E 53. Rubber goods factories with a production capacity of between 100 and 1,000 tonnes per year.
E 54. Margarine factories.
E 55. undertakings for processing or pre-processing of grains and seeds. undertakings for foodstuff production with a capacity of less than 6 tonnes an hour.
E 56. Bread factories or bakery wholesalers with an average finished product production capacity of less than or equal to 20 tonnes per day on a quarterly basis.
E 57. Brewers, mineral water factories and malt factories with an average finished product production capacity of less than or equal to 50 tonnes per day on a quarterly basis.
E 58. Paper goods factories and cardboard box factories.
E 59. Weaving mills, spinning mills and knitted goods factories.
E 60. Dry-cleaners and commercially-operated laundries.
E 61. Other undertakings undertaking processing and pre-processing for the purpose of manufacturing foodstuffs based on vegetable raw materials with an average finished product production capacity of less than 300 tonnes per day on a quarterly basis.
E 62. Facilities for washing or rinsing more than 1,000 tonnes of vegetables per year.
E 63. Vinegar and mustard factories.
E 64. undertakings undertaking vacuum and/or dip-impregnation of wood or surface treatment of wood, with capacity for consumption of organic solvents of less than or equal to 6 kg per hour.
F. Processing of animal raw materials
F 51. Slaughterhouses with capacity for production of slaughtered carcases, with the exception of poultry, of less than 50 tonnes per day. Slaughterhouses with capacity for slaughtering less than 17 tonnes of poultry per day. Casing facilities.
F 52. Fur processing facilities.
F 53. undertakings processing and pre-processing milk or liquid milk fractions, where the average volume of milk-based raw materials received is less than 200 tonnes per day on a yearly basis. For example, dairies and undertakings manufacturing butter and butter blend products. undertakings manufacturing cheese and milk powder, where the average volume of milk-based raw materials received is less than 100 tonnes per day on a yearly basis.
F 54. undertakings manufacturing shellfish or fish products, including preserved and deep-frozen products, with a finished product production capacity of less than 10 tonnes per day.
F 55. Tallow rendering facilities, lard rendering facilities and facilities for refining animal oils or fats.
F 56. Fish-curing factories, meat undertakings and slaughter/victualling activities (including shops) preparing more than 500 kg of foodstuffs per day.
F 58. Margarine factories.
F 59. Leather goods factories and shoe factories.
H. Facilities for motor vehicles
H 51. Garage facilities and spaces for vehicles in quantities of 3 or more in connection with building contractors or haulage undertakings, including terminuses (for more than one line) - terminals and bus depots. Emergency rescue stations.
I. Fish farming
I 51. Fish production facilities with full recirculation and without direct emission to water courses, lakes or the sea.
J. Other undertakings and industry
J 51. Non-industrial production of proteins, pectins or enzymes.
J 52. Indoor shooting ranges.
K. Waste storage, reloading and composting
K 51. Container facilities with less than 4 containers or with an overall storage volume of less than 30 m3.
K 52. Facilities for reloading non-hazardous waste with a waste input capacity of less than 30 tonnes per day.
K 53. Composting facilities with an organic waste input capacity of less than 100 tonnes annually - with the exception of domestic manure.
