Application for the sale of toxic or very toxic products

Very toxic and toxic pesticides may only be sold by the holder of an authorisation of the product in question. Other distributors must have a permit from the Danish Environmental Protection Agency.
The distributor of toxic and very toxic pesticides must, for every place of sale covered by the permit, pay a fee every other year of: DKK 1,000 if the permit relates to very toxic products or DKK 500 if the permit relates only to toxic products.

Application for a permit to sell very toxic and toxic pesticides can be made via the enterprise portal virk.dk (in danish).
