Biocidal products reported to the Product Registry
In the spring 2011, the Chemical Inspection Service carries out a control campaign on biocidal products reported to the Product Registry. The purpose is to control active substances in biocidal products.
The plan is to control about 100 of the 1100 products which were reported to the Product Registry as of 1. December 2010.
- All product types with a national authorisation will be controlled (PT 2, 10, 14, 18 and 19).
- A selection of products within the 23 product types will be controlled for active substances.
It is an administrative campaign, which means that no inspection visits will be performed. The Inspection will examine the biocidal products by means of the Product Registry and the Pesticide Database of the Danish EPA.
